When you have ordered some food in a restaurant and when the waiter brings in after some time he says お待たせしました　/ お待たせしてしまいました　it means  Sorry to keep you waiting  You can also use this on a phone call too. 例- レストラン　で　働いて　います 客に料理を出します　、何　と　言いますか？ お待たせしました

When your in a restaurant and you ask for something and the waiter says 少々お待ちください Please wait a moment.

When you want to ask some one s name again use this honorific expression ukagau  もう一度お名前を伺いできますか Can I ask your name again？ 伺ってもよろしいでしょうか May I ask you something?
