M:今部 長 から電話があって、資 料 のコピーを頼まれたんだ。お願いしてもいい? 

Ima bhuchoo kara denwa ga atte, shiriyou no copi o tanomaretanda. Onegai shite mo ii? 

I just got a call from the boss and asked me to make a copy of the materials. Can I ask you a favor?

F:はい。でも、会議室は今、使っています。
